How many sessions will I  need?

Some clients want to work on something very specific (e.g an upcoming presentation or public speaking event) and a one-off two hour session is all that’s needed. However, typically most people take advantage of my Individual Performance package.

Group sessions are tailored to each clients needs, but usually take place over a half or full day.

How can I pay?

Your session/s whether individual or group must be paid for in advance, and you can pay by bank transfer or Paypal.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may mean you or your business can’t make a session, therefore I will always try to rearrange as quickly as possible.  However I do ask that clients give me at least 48 hours notice. You will also be liable for any costs incurred by your cancellation.
