Chris is an absolutely fantastic coach. His feedback is extremely personal, specific and focused on your needs as an individual. He encourages an environment of positive learning where honesty can and should be given in order to learn from it and improve. He puts real value on self-worth in his coaching and has not only helped me become a better performer, but also gain more self-confidence in my personal life. I’d recommend him to anyone who is passionate about performing or public speaking, and looking to improve their craft, beginner or professional, or anyone who’d like to work on their own self-confidence and self-worth.
I contacted Chris as I had been struggling for some time with some very difficult work issues. He helped me to explore exactly what it is that I wanted to achieve as my end goal. He helped me to really look at my own needs and Identify how I was going to meet those whilst dealing with my issues. I came away feeling much more positive and empowered and with a totally different perspective on how I planned to move forward in the future. I found Chris to be challenging and supportive at the same time. A very positive experience.
My sessions with Chris have been completely beneficial to my career endeavours, the building of my craft and my self confidence and belief. The intensity and passion he puts into his work, and the real drive and energy he has into making me the best version of myself is something that will resonate with me for a long time. He is honest, open and real, always ready to listen and to give you the tools, skills and process to better yourself. His sessions have been an amazing safe space for self reflection, that have enabled me to carry on and improve. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
I’m not usually the kind of person who even thinks about going to a life coach or therapist, but Chris was recommended to me by someone who he’d helped. He sounded approachable and ‘normal’ and that was my first impression of him. His warmth put me at ease.
I wanted to talk to someone about my IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). After having all the tests possible I was diagnosed with IBS and couldn’t find any food that was a trigger. I did notice though that I had flare ups following or during periods of anxiety.
Chris talked with me about where that anxiety came from and why I became so anxious in certain situations. In talking to him I realised that I was escalating whatever was happening to such an extent that my body thought that it was actually happening for real. I’d never thought this way before, but Chris explained it in a way that made sense. I was tricking my body into believing that something horrendous was happening, usually in situations involving my children. This was a lightbulb moment for me and one that I would never have reached without Chris’s help. His understanding of what was going on in my head blew me away. He knew me better than I did!
I left my sessions with a toolkit for dealing with my anxiety and I don’t have anywhere near as many flare ups now.
I would recommend Chris to anyone who knows they have anxiety but don’t know what to do about it. I felt like he sorted out a huge tangled mass of thoughts and made it all make sense again. He’s easy to talk to and non-judgemental. I told him things I’d never told anyone before, and I felt much better for it.
After a long period of feeling low and increasing levels of anxiety, I found the courage to seek one to one help. I felt a different approach was needed to help me to understand the way I felt. Straight way i felt at ease with the sessions, and surprised how easy it was to open up. The questioning was balanced perfectly and expectations were clearly defined from the outset. I would highly recommend Chris, his personal coaching provided me with the support needed on the journey to better awareness of myself. ‘When the student is ready the teacher will appear’ Thank you Chris for appearing when I was ready.
From out first meeting I was impressed with Chris’s coaching methods. He’s personable, considered and attentive. He manages to quite firmly push you forward to reach your potential whilst nurturing a gentle an affirming relationship. This makes him easy to trust; i think that’s a rare quality except for the very best coaches. I always felt at home in sessions with Chris and found him very inspiring. I would recommend Chris and his unique style and effective approach to anybody. For me, he manages to pull together everything you want in a coach but he makes it look very straightforward.
I came to see Chris as I was at a crossroads in my life. I knew something was missing, but I wasn’t sure what. When I spoke to him I instantly felt at ease by his warmth. I was little bit surprised by the depth of his questions, although I came to realize their significance. He challenged me to be honest with myself about what was getting in the way of own success, he also made me aware of how resourceful I can be. I would highly recommend Chris, he has a great ability to challenge yet support you. Expect to laugh and expect to look within.
I decided to try life coaching because my life felt like it was on repeat, just working and sleeping with no long term goals. After trying and giving up with counselling i was nervous to start the sessions, but it quickly became more relaxing . The session were a friendly environment which made it more comfortable for me to talk about what I needed help with in my own time. What I enjoyed most about the sessions is that Chris didn’t beat around the bush, he got straight to the point and we explored the things I’ve been struggling with and planned how I can resolve them. After my sessions I feel like I have the confidence and the plan of action i needed to move forward with my goals. I would highly recommend Chris as I find approachable and he makes each session easy going, actually listening to what I have to say as well as coaching me to take control of my life.
